 The Automotive Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for preparing records, accepting payment in forms of cash/credit card/checks or outside funding. Also submitting claims to outside sources and distributors and following up on payment as needed. Administering in house rental vehicles though software provided by the dealership.

Responsibilities :

  • Process claims on a timely basis for each advisor or manager. .
  • Efficiently and effectively coordinate with advisors to ensure proper payments.
  • Communicates issues and train others regarding compliance with dealership requirements.
  • Ensure repair order document storage complies with established corporate, legal and manufacturer’s retention requirements.
  • Responsible for working schedules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Greets customer on sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.  
Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.  
Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.  
Works with Sales and F&I Managers and negotiates sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.  
Walks the lot and visually inspects inventory.  
Completes all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.  
Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle.  
Attends/completes required training and department meetings.  
Regular and predictable attendance.

job requirement

Abillity to Speak a second language preferred
One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.
Mathematical skills including, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Automotive Service Technician

Customer satisfaction is a result of your personal work habits and ethics and is of utmost importance as part of your job function.

The Service Technician is also responsible for setting goals for personal service improvement, and monitor progress against customer satisfaction index numbers and production numbers as provided by the Service Manager. 

Responsibilities:
 

Primary Responsibilities:
o Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools provided
o Ensure that common courtesy is shown toward all customers you come into contact with
o While in the vicinity of the Service Drive, act as a secondary customer greeter to customers that have not yet been acknowledged
o Keep up to date with all technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations
o Make every reasonable effort to ensure safe and honorable vehicle service is delivered as promised the first time
o Address all original customer concerns before moving onto additional sales 
o Inspect every vehicle for additional sales opportunities ensuring that the vehicle is being maintained to the local area and factory recommendation
o Ensure the customers vehicle is returned as clean, or cleaner than when it arrived
o Participate in any Factory, or in-house sponsored training programs offered to you
o Complete all paperwork completely and correctly, then ensure all required shop forms are attached to the RO hard copy
o Perform any other duties assigned by the Service Manager, ASM or Group Leader
o Always come to work on time, ready to work, and in a clean uniform

job requirement

Ideal candidates will have:

Toyota or Lexus but will consider other manufacturers experience

•          Preferred brands or certifications - Toyota or Lexus and ASE certified

•          Pay ranges / compensation structure – 120k plus. Flat rate plus bonuses. Excellent benefit plan with medical, dental and 401k plan

•          Open Monday thru Saturday. Tech schedule is 40 hrs per week

•          Relocation assistance options - yes

•          Flat-rate expectations – expected to produce 40 hrs a week

•          Shop hours / work environment – Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7am to 6pm/ Tuesday, Thursday 7am to 7pm/ Saturday 7am to 5pm

•          Credentials or certifications required – Would prefer Toyota certified but will consider other manufacturers certifications


Experience in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models.
Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Ability to exercise good judgement
Valid State drivers license and good driving record

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have technical aptitude displayed by ASE certification
Technical or trade school degree preferred
